We begin pressing our first batches of cider in mid-September with an early blend of apples. Throughout the season the cider develops more depth of flavor with specific apple blends and taste can vary from sweet to spicy to slightly tart depending on the week & blend.
Our cider is all-natural, containing no preservatives, just apples. Because our cider is unpasteurized, we recommend consuming it within 2 weeks of purchase; it can also be frozen for up to 6 months.
