Artisan Bread

In 2015 we began baking fresh, stone deck artisan bread using only unbleached, unbromated flour, filtered water, sea salt, and other locally sourced ingredients. You can find our loaves in the store on weekends throughout the season, at the Sparta Farmer’s Market, and featured on the creative menus of local chefs!

Sample Menu

French Country • white flour, water, sea salt, yeast

Ciabatta • white flour, water, sea salt, yeast

Honey Whole Wheat • white flour, whole wheat flour, water, local honey, sea salt, yeast

Ginger Rye • white flour, whole wheat flour, rye flour, candied ginger, sea salt, yeast

Olive Asiago Levain • white flour, whole wheat flour, water, olives, asiago, sea salt, yeast

Roasted Garlic Sourdough • white flour, whole wheat flour, water, garlic, sea salt

Seasonal Foccacia • Rosemary, Herb, Garlic, Mediterranean Olive, Spinach, Red Pepper
