HEAD BAKER-PIES & PASTRY $13-$16/HOUR
We are currently in search of a part-time baker who wants to work with quality ingredients and help us grow both our pie & pastry programs. Our team makes an assortment of pies, pastries, muffins, cookies and artisan bread daily.
Skill set and organization are the keys to success in this position and candidates should have schedule flexibility, available for early morning shifts daily; primary schedule will consist of Thursday-Sunday early mornings, and as otherwise necessary. 30+ HRS/Week
Primary Responsibilities:
- perform day to day baker duties and operations in a high volume kitchen environment
- work quickly and efficiently while paying attention to detail and following recipes
- work with a sense of urgency, creativity and ability to make decisions
Requirements:
- at least 2 years baking experience in a commercial kitchen
- demonstrated enthusiasm for service and teamwork

- ability to self direct during slow periods

ASSISTANT HEAD BAKER- BREAD $12-$15/HOUR
We are currently seeking an Assistant Head Baker who wants to work with quality ingredients and help us grow our artisan bread program, and also assist with pastry, pie, and other bakery production needs as necessary. Our team makes an assortment of pies, pastries, muffins, cookies and artisan bread daily.
Skill set and organization are the keys to success in this position and candidates should have schedule flexibility, available for early morning shifts daily, as well as late day shifts Friday-Saturday; and as otherwise necessary.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Mixing, preparing, and baking both bread and pastries daily
- Executing existing recipes
- Working to produce breads based on a weekly production schedule
- Crafting and creating new & exciting recipes and baked goods
- Ensuring all production is completed on proper schedule for opening
- Reporting to the head baker when more supplies may be needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years baking in a commercial kitchen; some bread experience preferred; culinary degree preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to learn and understand bakers measurements and percentages
- Adherence to health and safety regulations
- Open Availability; Some 5:00AM shifts are required
- Ability to focus on tasks and take direction; Desire to learn
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Consistent attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization, and commitment to excellence

- ability to perform physical tasks – lift 50 lbs above waist
PART TIME ICE CREAM MAKER $12-$15/HOUR
What you’ll do as part of our team:
- Maintain cleanliness of prep space/kitchen including equipment, refrigeration, and dishwashing
- Participate in all aspects of ice cream production (churning, packaging, packaging prep and ingredient prep/baking
- Keep detailed records of ingredients/production
What we need from you:
- Culinary degree OR 1-2 years experience in a kitchen
- Ability to perform physical tasks – lift 50 lbs above waist
- Comfortable working in a high volume environment with multiple functions occurring in the same space
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Genuine desire to improve current culinary skills and learn new ones
- Availability Monday-Wednesday and occasional weekends
- Passion for creativity, and a willingness to express themselves through food
